Strengthening the Unity of SDCC Employees
Ang pamunuan ng San Dionisio Credit Cooperative ay nagdaos ng isang masaya at makabuluhang team-building activity na may temang “Unity in Diversity: Embracing the Power of Cooperative and Collective Action” sa Caliraya Resort Club, Laguna noong Hunyo 8–9, 2024. Ang aktibidad na ito ay nagbigay pagkakataon upang magkaisa ang lahat ng kawani ng SDCC, mapalakas ang samahan, at lumikha ng isang mas positibong kapaligiran sa opisina. Bagamat may mga kompetisyon, ang tunay na layunin ng mga gawain ay ipakita ang natatanging husay, talino, at diskarte ng bawat empleyado, na nagpapakita ng kanilang mahalagang papel sa tagumpay ng kooperatiba.
Sa pagtatapos ng dalawang araw na team-building, napagtanto ng mga kawani na hindi lamang kami mga kasamahan sa trabaho—kundi isang nagkakaisang koponan, handang harapin ang anumang hamon na may bagong lakas at kumpiyansa.
The management of the San Dionisio Credit Cooperative held a joyful and meaningful team-building activity with the theme “Unity in Diversity: Embracing the Power of Cooperative and Collective Action” at Caliraya Resort Club, Laguna, on June 8–9, 2024. This activity provided an opportunity for all SDCC staff to unite, strengthen their bond, and create a more positive work environment. Beyond the competitions, the true purpose of the activities was to bring out the unique skills, talents, and strategies of each employee, demonstrating their vital role in the success of the cooperative.
At the conclusion of the two-day team-building event, the staff realized that we are not just co-workers, but a united team, ready to face any challenge with renewed strength and confidence.
