Ito ay proyekto nila Congressman Edwin L. Olivarez at Mayor Eric L. Olivarez, kasama ang Ospital ng Parañaque (OsPar), Parañaque Cooperative Development Office (PCDO), Parañaque Cooperative Development Council (PCDC), at San Dionisio Credit Cooperative (SDCC). Mga Libreng Serbisyo: Medical Check-up, Pneumonia Vaccine (for Seniors only), Ultrasound, ECG, Hemoglucotest, Free Medicines, Eye Check-Up & Free Eye Glasses.
