Ginanap ang General Assembly through Pook-Tulungan District Recessing from Time-to-Time via ZOOM Application. Ito ay upang maaprubahan ang inihaing Budget 2022 at Amended Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws. General Assembly through Pook-Tulungan District Recessing from Timeto-Time was conducted via ZOOM Application. This is for the approval of budget 2022 and Amended Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws.
Labing-isang (11) taon bago muling nagkaroon ang San Dionisio Credit Cooperative (SDCC) ng tinatawag na General Assembly through Pook-Tulungan District Recessing from Time- to- Time noong ika-5 – 12 ng Marso, 2022. Isinasagawa ito kung may mga panukalang pagbabago sa Articles of Cooperation at By-Laws ng SDCC na gustong ipagpatibay sa kasapian. Dahil sa pandemya at laki ng bilang ng kasapian, hindi na matipon ang lahat sa iisang lugar upang magpulong at ipagtibay ang mga panukala kaya, gamit ang Zoom, ginanap ang General Assembly sa pamamagitan ng mga PT District. Ginawa ang pagpupulong online kung saan ang mga kasapi ng Pook-Tulungan ng bawat distrito ay nag log in sa mga oras na nakalaan sa kanila upang mapag-usapan ang mga sumusunod na adyenda:

Kaya “Recessing from Time-to-Time,” nagkakaroon ng “recess” o break tuwing pagkatapos ng bawat pulong ng mga PT sa distrito kung saan walang naging pagtitindig hanggang sa matapos ang lahat ng mga PT District sa kani-kanilang pulong. Ang pagtitindig ay ginawa lamang sa huling distritong nagpulong. Ang epekto ng pagtitindig ng pulong ay ang pagpapatibay ng mga panukalang pagbabago sa Articles of Cooperation at By-Laws. Ito naman ay itataas ng mga PT Lider sa Pagpupulong ng mga Kinatawan ng Pook-Tulungan o Representative Assembly upang matupad ang proseso ng pagbabago ng Articles of Cooperation at ng By-Laws. Bagamat naging mapanghamon ang sitwasyon sa pagkakaroon ng asembliya, naging matagumpay ang pagsasagawa nito dahil sa pakikiisa ng mga kasaping nagpunyaging gamitin ang bagong teknolohiya.
It has been eleven (11) years since San Dionisio Credit Cooperative (SDCC) held its General Assembly through Pook-Tulungan District Recessing from Time-to-Time last March 5-12, 2022. This is conducted when there are proposed amendments in the Articles of Cooperation and By-Lays of SDCC that need to be ratified by the membership.
The pandemic and the big number of members made it impossible to gather all in a single venue for a meeting to approve the proposals, thus the Zoom Application was used to undertake the General Assembly through the Pook-Tulungan Districts. The PT District meetings were held online according to their time schedules. As the Pook-Tulungan members per district logged in during their specific time slots they discussed the following

“Recessing from Time-to-Time” means that a “recess” or break takes place after every PT district meeting that were not adjourned until all the other PT districts have had their respective meetings. Adjournment was done after the meeting of the last PT district. The adjournment meant that the proposed amendments were ratified and that this will be elevated by the PT Officers to the Representative Assembly for the completion of the process of amendment of the Articles of Cooperation and the By-Laws. The conduct of the General Assembly became successful despite the challenges of the situation because the members cooperated and strived to adapt to modern technology.
