Conformity and Authority (In compliance with Republic Act. No. 9510-Credit Information System Act)

By checking “I Agree”, I hereby acknowledge and authorize: 1) the regular submission and disclosure of my basic credit data (as defined under Republic Act. No. 9510 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations) to the Credit Information Corporation (CIC) as well as any updates or corrections thereof, and 2) the sharing of basic credit data with other lenders authorized by the Credit Information Corporation (CIC), and credit reporting agencies duly accredited by the Credit Information Corporation (CIC).

(Sa pamamagitan ng pagtsek ng “I Agree”, tinatanggap at pinapayagan ko: 1) ang regular na pagsumite at pagpahayag ng aking pangunahing datos sa pagkakautang (ayon sa tinukoy sa ilalim ng batas ng Republic Act. No. 9510 at ang implementasyon ng mga patakaran at regulasyon) sa Credit Information Corporation (CIC) gayundin ang mga bagong impormasyon o koreksyon, at 2) ang pagbahagi ng aking pangunahing datos ng pagkakautang sa ibang nagpapautang na pinahihintulutan ng CIC at ng mga ahensya na awtorisado ng CIC).
