SDCC Co-op Library
The Newly constructed Co-operative Library located at the 2nd Floor of the SDCC Main Office is now open to all, members and non-members alike. Those who are interested to read and learn about cooperatives, entrepreneurship, marketing and other fields can now come to the library. there are also books on community development, finance, management, education and training, philosophy and health & wellness. One can also find inspirational books that will bring peace of mind and novels for pleasure reading. Old issues of Pabando (newsletter) and copies of Annual Reports of SDCC are also available for those who would like to trace the 58th years of SDCC. Interestingly, the library houses Dr. Ned Roberto’s Written Works as “Asia’s Foremost Authority in Marketing” or “Marketing Guru” and his personal collection of books. Dr. Ned Roberto’s Corner has books on marketing, market research, social marketing, financial technology, and economics and governance.

Kiddie Corner
Every child of the cooperative member is special. With this thought in mind, the new and improved kiddie Corner of the SDCC offers every visiting member’s child a safe and ideal playing area while they are conducting transactions in the office. Some of its new features include a large space where kids could freely play, additional selections of story books and materials to encourage reading, writing and creativity and a marathon of children television shows for those who just want to relax while waiting. Likewise, a volunteer is assigned to keep kids in the play area safe, guide them during their stay, and more importantly make every member’s visit to the cooperative a worry free errand.
